James Fall, President

Consultant, RPI Consultants LLC.  For over 20 years, worked with healthcare providers throughout the U.S. on providing innovative technology and business process improvement solutions. Active in the HIMSS organization for over 10 years. Creative business strategist with proven ability to identify emerging technology opportunities. Identify, develop and manage strategic business partnerships. Founder of 2 software companies. Extensive global business development experience in Asia, Europe, North America and South America, with a BS from Indiana University and MBA from Butler University.


Ethel Massing, Past-president


Innovation Project Specialist, Parkview Health. Experienced Health Informatics Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. Skilled in Coaching, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Training Delivery, and Software Documentation. Strong professional with a master’s degree focused in Health Information/Medical Records Administration/Administrator from University of South Florida.


Rob Gottlieb, President-Elect

President and CEO at TeleMed 2020, Inc. Rob is passionate about transforming healthcare and care delivery, globally. Pragmatic visionary with big company and startup experience. He is a seasoned healthcare professional in areas such as medical devices, telemedicine, health information technology, personalized medicine, Genomics and molecular diagnostics.


Jeff Moffatt, Treasurer

Healthcare Finance and Valuation, Blue & Co., LLC. Primarily focused on the analysis and development of methods for aligning hospitals, healthcare systems and other healthcare related entities with physician groups and other care providers. Additional healthcare industry related services provided include: Assisting hospital and health system C suite executives with physician integration and compliance issues; Development of value-based compensation plans for employed providers; Data analytics and business intelligence systems implementation for employed physician networks and ambulatory facilities; Physician practice financial and operational management consulting.



Casey Walker, Secretary & Advocay Chair 


I am a registered nurse and Clinical Informatics Specialist at the largest Integrated Delivery Network in the state of Indiana, where I have spent a little over a decade partnering with clinicians, administrators, the information technology department, and vendors, to design, train, deliver, support, and optimize information technology solutions and dependent processes at the point of care. As a critical care nurse, clinical analyst, and clinical informaticist, I have experience navigating organizational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, paper to EMR conversions, EMR optimization, and diverse quality and process improvement initiatives, implementations, and upgrades. For three years, I served on the board of directors for the Indiana HIMSS Chapter as a social media manager, website/webmaster, and then president. Around the same time, I was the co-chair of the now dissolved HIMSS Pediatric Health Informatics and Technology Special Interest Group.


Gary Schweback, Programs Chair

Professor of Practice in Health Informatics and the Director, BioHealth Informatics Research Center at IUPUI. Primary roles are 1) to teach courses in Privacy and Security in Health Informatics as well as the Business of Health Informatics and 2) to develop community relationships that can lead to internships and preceptorships for our graduate students. Prior to this, consulted with the biopharmaceutical industry on new product development and marketing as well as starting two companies, a manufacturing company and a company that provides research to human services non-profits at a reduced cost. Started G&S Research, a marketing and business research company that focused on healthcare for 20 years. The company grew to just under 50 employees and over $10mm in annual revenue, before it was sold in 2014. Gary has doctoral degrees in both business and law; and has served as an officer in the US Navy and a math teacher in an underserved high school in Los Angeles.


Don Barton, Sponsorship Chair 

Donald is currently the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Major Health Partners. He has over thirty years of healthcare experience from bedside to leadership positions, serving over the following clinical departments: Purchasing and Materials Management, Sleep Services, Central Sterile, Emergency Department, Surgical Services, Cardio-Pulmonary Services, as well as Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab Services. Donald previously served on the board of the Indiana Chapters of AORN (Association of Operating Room Nurses) and AHRMM (Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management). 


Camilla Hull Brown,  Membership/Outreach Co-Chair 

Camilla is Founding Principal with 25 years in strategic planning, change management, and collaboration building to health & health care transformation efforts including health information exchange. She has years of experience cutting across traditional and innovative models of care delivery by understanding the transformations occurring in the eco-system. Her expertise ranges from model building, collaborations, financial sustainability, HIT implementations, privacy and security, quality and outcomes initiatives and more.


Daniel Shih, Membership/Outreach Co-Chair 

Clinical Business Analyst at St. Catherine Hospital. He has 21 years of experience in Community Health Systems. CO-owned Medical staffing and consulting company for 13 years that established a dependable respiratory staffing agency in Northwest Indiana. His expertise is in consulting of respiratory workflow, salary arbitration, neonatal ventilation, adult ventilation, respiratory EMR solution builder, and Respiratory retention specialists.


Jordan Rose, Advocacy Chair-Elect  

Manager of Research & Strategy at Clinical Architecture. Jordan spent the past 10 years working in public policy, primarily with the Indiana State Senate. As the Senate Majority’s Caucus Assistant, she worked with legislators, agency heads, legislative liaisons, and industry stakeholders to create legislation that improved healthcare quality and accessibility, particularly for those with Substance-Use-Disorder. Upon joining Clinical Architecture, she oversaw several special projects before being named the Manager of Research and Strategy. Today, she tracks industry trends and new regulations to anticipate needs and help the executive team make responsive business decisions.


Drew Richardson, Health Information Exchange Liaison

Experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and health care industry. Currently, he is the VP, Business Development at Indiana Health Information Exchange.  Skilled in Team Building, Health Information Exchange, Employee Wellness, and Business Development. A strong healthcare professional with a MBA focused in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.

Aunrea Marie Durham 

Thank you for this opportunity to tell you a bit more about myself. I am a masters-prepared, board certified clinical informaticist who currently serves as administrative director for ambulatory/post-acute clinical informatics service lines for Franciscan Alliance Information Services. I have over 25 years of experience in nursing, including operational and informatics leadership. I started in Clinical Informatics in 2006 and quickly found my calling and passion. I describe myself as a prodigal child as I was called to serve our organization in operational leadership for several years but have since returned to the world of Informatics. I am an advocate for designing technology systems and clinical workflows that support excellence in clinical care and would love the opportunity to further serve our healthcare technology community. I am also a wife and mother to a beautifully blended family, and in my spare time I love to spend time with family and friends making memories. I also enjoy writing and travel.

Kelly Young 

Dr. Young presents with extensive experience throughout the healthcare business vertical. With the favored insight of a Doctorate of Strategy and Business Innovation, he leverages decades of clinical experience into the digital transformation of healthcare. This includes population health management, employee wellness/presenteeism, SDoH, and the success of the ecosystems that support these initiatives. Extensive work with integrating proprietary and agnostic healthcare systems to leverage clinical informatics in improving patient outcomes. With the addition of advanced degrees in Marketing and in Organizational Management, Dr. Young works with providers & payors to explore new, innovative blue-water markets. With this proactive, hands-on approach, he brings fresh energy and insight in navigating market trends and regulations to find real-world value.
