Ethel Massing


Experienced Health Informatics Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. Skilled in Coaching, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Training Delivery, and Software Documentation. Strong professional with a master’s degree focused in Health Information/Medical Records Administration/Administrator from University of South Florida.

James Fall


Creative business strategist with proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. Identify, develop and manage strategic business partnerships to support the defined business strategy. Software product management on a global basis from a technical, business and end-user requirement view. Channel development and management. Market development on a global basis -- international sales, marketing, partnerships and product development experience in Asia, Europe, North America and South America.

Michael Hall


Director of Technology Planning for an Architectural firm, BSA Life Structures. Coordinates the medical equipment selection along with the capital budgets with the client. Leads the department bridging the Technology gap between the clinicians and the C-Suite. In his previous role he served as the Administrative Director of Clinic Engineering for Franciscan Health.

Josette Jones

Membership Advancement and Professional Development Chair

A mentor and a pioneer in the continually evolving field of health informatics, Josette Jones has focused on preparing students with the skills they’ll need as health information professionals. At IUPUI she’s been instrumental in the development of graduate curricula in nursing and health informatics, and in developing a certificate program in nursing informatics for the IU School of Nursing, as well as five graduate certificates in health information technology for SOIC.

Bhumika Modi

Marketing and Communications Director

An aspiring professional with the ability to build an empathetic bond in a multicultural work environment. Currently as a Clinical Information Specialist at Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare, she assists the leadership team by identifying the data needs and priorities. Her forte is to leverage data to drive value-based decisions for clinical services and operations. With her prior education and expertise, she has strong research and instructional capabilities. 

Camilla Hull Brown

Director of Programs

Camilla is Founding Principal with 25 years in strategic planning, change management, and collaboration building to health & health care transformation efforts including health information exchange. She has years of experience cutting across traditional and innovative models of care delivery by understanding the transformations occurring in the eco-system. Her expertise ranges from model building, collaborations, financial sustainability, HIT implementations, privacy and security, quality and outcomes initiatives and more.

Drew Richardson

Health Information Exchange Liaison

Experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and health care industry. Currently, he is the VP, Business Development at Indiana Health Information Exchange.  Skilled in Team Building, Health Information Exchange, Employee Wellness, and Business Development. A strong healthcare professional with a MBA focused in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.

Daniel Shih

Clinical Business Analyst at St. Catherine Hospital. He has 21 years of experience in Community Health Systems. CO-owned Medical staffing and consulting company for 13 years that established a dependable respiratory staffing agency in Northwest Indiana. His expertise is in consulting of respiratory workflow, salary arbitration, neonatal ventilation, adult ventilation, respiratory EMR solution builder, and Respiratory retention specialists.

Donald Barton 

Donald is currently the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Major Health Partners. He has over thirty years of healthcare experience from bedside to leadership positions, serving over the following clinical departments: Purchasing and Materials Management, Sleep Services, Central Sterile, Emergency Department, Surgical Services, Cardio-Pulmonary Services, as well as Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab Services. Donald previously served on the board of the Indiana Chapters of AORN (Association of Operating Room Nurses) and AHRMM (Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management).

He is a seasoned healthcare professional in areas such as medical devices, telemedicine, health information technology, personalized medicine, Genomics and molecular diagnostics.

He has done a variety of senior level consulting projects. An extremely seasoned healthcare professional with prestigious certifications and years of experience in understanding business needs.
